Shipping policy

Standard delivery is to a single family residence with a driveway.  Please contact us before placing your order if you have a non standard delivery, ie. apartment.

Standard delivery is outside the residence.  A freight truck will drop off the shipment outside the residence with no appointment or notice.  The location’s accessibility determines the shipment’s actual placement.  Potential issues that could impede delivery include: gravel driveways, steep inclines, low-hanging branches or overhead wires. The driver will determine the safest accessible location to leave the shipment.  In some instances, the driver may need to place your shipment at the end of the driveway.
